Description

However, the molten steel of cast steel is not as fluid as cast iron, so the thickness of the cast structure should not be too small and the shape should not be too complicated. When the silicon content is controlled to the upper limit, the fluidity of the molten steel can be improved.

Procedure

step 1. Mold design and production - After receiving samples or drawings from the customer, we first ask the mold factory to design the mold and then directly form it with cnc equipment.

Step 2. Pouring - Before pouring, we need to melt the steel in the furnace and heat it under high temperature until it enters the liquid, then pour the molten steel into the mold cavity and cool it for a few minutes to solidify.

third step. Degassing - Degassing gives a net shape steel casting and then waits for heat treatment.

Step 4. Heat Treatment - After degassing, the steel castings are sent to a heat treatment plant to achieve the desired mechanical properties. Then shoot and blast.

Step 5. Surface Treatment - Our foundry can also perform surface treatments such as painting, powder coating and more.

Step 6. Delivery - Properly package steel castings and deliver them to our customers.
